What is a Silver Label Inspection?

The CSA is a seal of authority that the government requires on all electrical products. This ensures you get products that are safe for your home. Light fixtures, ceiling fans, and mobile homes are all examples of products that require a CSA label. Each label has a unique number showing that the product has proper registration.
A Silver Label is a re-certification that you must seek in case the original CSA label is damaged or missing. For a mobile home, it certifies that it is up to present-day Code requirements for electricity.
